  • Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase.
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Cut-off Time:

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery

Shipping Carriers:

We partner with trusted delivery services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post to ensure timely delivery.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Metro Cities: 2-4 business days.
  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 4-7 business days.
  • Rural Areas: 7-10 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs:

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders above ₹1,000. A flat shipping fee of ₹50 is applicable for orders below ₹1,000.
  • Express Shipping: Available at an additional charge (calculated at checkout based on location and weight).

Packaging

We ensure that all products are securely packaged to maintain freshness and quality during transit.

Eco-friendly, biodegradable, and recyclable materials are used for packaging whenever possible.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and a link to track your shipment.
  • You can also track your order status through your account on our website under the "My Orders" section.

Delivery Policy

Delivery Address:

  • Ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Missed Delivery Attempts:

  • If the courier is unable to deliver the package due to unavailability, they may attempt redelivery or leave a notification. Contact the courier service directly for assistance.

Unclaimed Packages:

  • Orders not accepted or collected after multiple delivery attempts will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges will apply in such cases.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within India.
  • Some products may have restrictions based on local regulations or perishability (e.g., certain ready-to-eat items in extreme weather conditions).
  • Orders exceeding a certain weight (e.g., 25 kg) may require special handling. We will notify you if additional charges or arrangements are necessary.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order is damaged during transit or items are missing:

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • For undelivered orders, a full refund will be issued if the issue is due to our error.
